How fast can I book a private jet on EXJET?
Standard requests are confirmed in under four hours. Same-day and AOG requests are typically wheels-up in three to six hours depending on your departure city and aircraft availability.
What does a private jet cost per hour?
Light jets start around $4,500/hr. Midsize jets run $6,000–$8,500/hr. Super midsize $8,500–$11,000/hr. Heavy jets $11,000–$15,000/hr. Ultra-long-range aircraft are $15,000/hr and up. Your quote includes fuel, crew, catering and FBO fees.
Are EXJET operators certified?
Every operator in the EXJET network holds FAA Part 135 certification and is audited to ARGUS Platinum and IS-BAO Stage 3 — the highest independent safety ratings in business aviation.
What is an empty leg?
An empty leg is a repositioning flight — when an aircraft is flying empty to its next booking or back to base. Booking an empty leg can save 50–75% versus a standard charter, with the trade-off that the schedule is fixed.
Can I bring pets on board?
Yes. Pets fly with you in the cabin on every EXJET flight, no carrier required. Declare pets at booking so we can confirm aircraft suitability and international clearance where applicable.
Do you arrange ground transfers?
Yes. You can add a Business Sedan, Business SUV, Executive Sedan, or Sprinter during booking. Ground transfers are curated chauffeurs at both ends of your trip with base rates for the first 30 miles.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer, ACH, all major credit cards, and Apple/Google Pay for holds up to $100k. Invoices settle at booking confirmation.
